Trapped in her Colors

such colors

how could they ever be

a snare ...
how could they ever make a jail?
how could the silk of light
in her eyes
turn into prison bars?
is it because her soul
finds the universe too small?
or is it because the meaning
is much to contain
in a poet's scripture
or a painter's
stroke?

These rhythmical words were dedicated to me from a network friend whom I currently don’t know his whereabouts , they were meant for a comment on my humble works displayed on -yahoo 360- back in early 2007.
It was important to credit him for his gentle words.

About My Gallery

My gallery is basically about emotions exhibited in human faces combined with other elements, mainly color scheme and certain type of brushes which I can describe them as graceful, delicate and magical. That type of brushes which develop a sense of motion and enchantment.

Apart from being a good OLD bachelor of Fine Art college, I'm very much influenced by the style of motion pictures making, I like to make close ups or mediums images that look like a scene taken from a movie or a movie trailer, as I was involved in the Cinema industry in the 84/85. I worked as a script-girl in a few Egyptian movies besides doing some small parts as an actress in addition to experimental staging in the early 90's.

I guess I was always a hobbyist who likes to experience various Artistic diversions.
